The products, procedures, publications and information (material) disseminated at The Fresh Life are not to be regarded as being endorsed by, or representing the official opinions of, Fresh Trading Pty Ltd. The material should not be used or treated as professional advice and should never be used as a substitute for the skill, knowledge and experience of a qualified medical professional. You should rely on your own enquires in making any decisions concerning the health or interests of yourself or your patients. Fresh Trading Pty Ltd disclaim any liability for the quality, accuracy, relevancy or currency of any material.

Any photographs, images and videos taken during The Fresh Life is a property of Fresh Clinics and will be used on Fresh Clinics social media outlets including websites and printed material promoting meetings managed by Fresh Clinics. If you do not wish your photograph, image and or videos to be used for Fresh Clinics promotional purposes please advise in writing to community@freshclinics.com.au.


Cancellation of a registration must be sent via email to the Fresh Clinics Marketing Team on community@freshclinics.com.au. Verbal changes or cancellation cannot be accepted. Registration cancellations received up to 7 July 2022 will receive a full refund, less a $200 cancellation fee per ticket. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 7 July 2022 – this includes cancellation of any paid workshops/events such as the Gala Dinner. As an alternative to cancellation, registrations may be transferred to another person (for the same registration category) without receiving any extra cost penalty. Please note that no credit card surcharges will be refunded at any time. The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.

COVID Policy 

Fresh Clinics will ensure a COVID safe environment by complying with the government regulations that will be in place in September 2022.

In the instance that The Fresh Life physical event cannot proceed or a registered delegate can not take place due to the ongoing COVID19 situation (i.e. border closures or compulsory isolation), all registrations will be transferred to virtual tickets. No administration fee will apply in such a case, and you will be refunded the difference in registration fees. You will be allocated the equivalent virtual registration based on the date you registered, i.e. if you registered to attend in-person at the early bird rate, you will be allocated an early bird virtual registration.


Special room rates will be available until 9 August 2022 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. For accommodation cancellations or amendments to your booking, please email your hotel directly.
