Founder, CNI Hub (Cosmetic Nurse Insurance)
Marnie started her insurance career in 2007 and like most insurance professionals – never planned on being a part of this industry. Over these years she gained an appreciation of the industry and the complex nature of client’s businesses and risk protection. After 13 years of insuring a wide range of industries, Marnie decided to start her own business specialising in a lifelong passion, for the beauty and cosmetic industry. Cosmetic Nurse Insurance Hub (CNI) was launched in 2020. Having experienced and tried a wide range of treatments myself, this has truly helped me with my understanding of the industry, the risks associated with the treatments and being able to explain in detail to an insurer and have them agree to provide cover. I pride myself on my customer service and achieving the best outcomes for my clients in the unfortunate situation of a claim or notification being made against them. Marnie continually challenge insurers on premiums and excesses. Many clients have seen a reduction on their premium year on year. CNI has recently partnered with a new insurer and she's excited to pass on further savings throughout the year to existing and new clients. Marnie's collaboration with Fresh Clinics from 2020 has been an amazing experience – the knowledge within the business, the team work and support Fresh provide to their nurses – it has been a true pleasure to work alongside Fresh Clinics in offering insurance to their nurses.

The team and I are frequently asked to review or to trial products by many leading pharmaceutical and cosmetics suppliers and to provide advice and opinion to national newspapers and magazines. My energy and desire to rise to new challenges also extends to much of my life outside of work. I love the great outdoors, having climbed 24 peaks in 24 hours, moved horses in Idaho to assist a Mormon family. And more recently trekking solo across part of the Sahara followed 9 months later by completing a 9 day Arctic expeditions sub zero gruelling conditions! I sail, competitively and also with a cold drink in hand.
