Dr Ian Chinsee is registered with the Medical Board of Australia and is a Surgical Fellow of the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery (ACCS). He graduated from the University of California Los Angeles in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science (Psychobiology). He then completed his medical degree at the University of Queensland, graduating in 2006. Following his residency, Dr Chinsee entered general surgical training. Over the next five years, he gained extensive experience in the general and plastic/reconstructive surgery departments of Brisbane, Cairns and Canberra hospitals. Dr Chinsee then undertook two years of advanced surgical training with the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery (ACCS). As well as holding a Fellowship with ACCS, Dr Chinsee is a member of The American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS). Following a successful career in the NHS, pharmaceutical Clinical Research and holding a senior Sales and Marketing position in a global pharmaceutical company, I decided to combine my business acumen with my long standing clinical skills to develop an award winning aesthetic practice’s. In 2009 I founded The first award winning Glasshouse clinic in one of Londons smartest 'villiages', with the aim of providing advanced treatment technology and injectable results on a personal, local basis. The second Glasshouse Clinic opened in April 2018 to meet the ever-increasing demand for the unique ‘boutique clinic’ experience and outstanding aesthetic treatments that The Glasshouse provides. Whilst ultimately responsible for all aspects of the overall running and development of the business, I primarily focus on ensuring treatment excellence and outstanding results for all Glasshouse patients, whatever their condition or treatment programme. I am directly involved in most patient consultations, delivering or overseeing the treatments, taking a personal interest in every patient that visits the clinic. With the support of my clinical team I oversee and deliver the comprehensive Glasshouse staff-training programme to my team of 9, ensuring that all team members replicate the high standards of service and patient care expected from The Glasshouse Clinics. I am privileged to be invited to talk or lecture on aesthetics and the aesthetics industry more generally, as well as on leadership and women’s/nurses roles in business. The team and I are frequently asked to review or to trial products by many leading pharmaceutical and cosmetics suppliers and to provide advice and opinion to national newspapers and magazines. My energy and desire to rise to new challenges also extends to much of my life outside of work. I love the great outdoors, having climbed 24 peaks in 24 hours, moved horses in Idaho to assist a Mormon family. And more recently trekking solo across part of the Sahara followed 9 months later by completing a 9 day Arctic expeditions sub zero gruelling conditions! I sail, competitively and also with a cold drink in hand.

Dr Natasha Cook is a board certified Specialist Dermatologist. Dr Cook completed her medical degree at the University of Sydney, graduating with honors (MBBS Hons). Dr Cook then under took an additional 5 year training program to graduate as a Specialist Dermatologist (FACD). Her key areas of interest are Cosmetic and Laser Dermatology, skin cancer, cosmeceutical and cosmetic science and ageing. Dr Cook is a member of the Australasian College of Dermatology, American Academy of Dermatology and is a Key Opinion Leader and lecturer in injectables, skin and facial ageing and laser dermatology. Dr Cook has presented at various training workshops for ACD (Australian College of Dermatology), ASCD (Australasian Society of Cosmetic Dermatologists), AMI (Allergan Medical Institute). Currently is a key opinion leader and adviser for Allergan, Galderma, various lasers. In 2016 Dr Cook was involved as a KOL to introduce, launch and educate the Australian medical market on the use of Belkyra. 2018 – 2020 Dr Cook was a key investigator and author for the Allergan Jawline Contour Study During 2020 Dr Cook ran the first virtual live product launch for Allergan Volux. Dr Cook is a Cosmeceuticals and Skin care expert. Dr Cook is the first Australian Dermatologist to formulate and launch a Cosmeceutical Skin care line. The foundation of the skin care was inspired by Dr Cook’s personal journey. Dr Cook recognised that the industry was confusing with an abundance of unnecessary products, coupled with confusing and misleading claims. A marketplace cluttered with pseudo scientific jargon, that over promised and under delivered.
